This is a 4 hour Site Visit including a full plot tour/review of location, climate, orientation, topography, farming practices, soil condition, water availability & quality, plant/seed & energy availability, livestock, farm structures & facilities, labor, finance, client vision & engagement. The Site Visit offers clear, practical recommendations for sustainable organic farming, water harvesting, composting, soil regeneration, livestock & energy management, and structure/facility locations customized to your site and vision. Clients may also opt for detailed documentation with a Site Report & Master Plan and/or a professionally rendered 2D Site Map. * SITE REPORT: Documentation of observations on site * MASTER PLAN including: a. Land Use Strategy b. Water Management c. Soil Management d. Fodder & Livestock Management e. Orchard Management f. Waste Management g. Farm Structures & Energy Management h. Siting & Design - Site Challenges & Optimal Siting i. Timeline - Recommended Month/Year wise Execution of Master Plan based on Budget and Project Span as specified by the client. * SITEMAP DESIGN: 2 D Autocad rendering of locations for farmhouse, staff quarters, livestock shelters, orchards, fodder fields, vegetable garden, ponds, borewell towers, water storage, pump rooms, tool storage, agro processing, manure processing, soil amendment storage, composting, biochar kiln etc. (not individual trees/micro water harvesting structures). Clients opting for the Site Report and/or Site Map receive free one hour follow-up telephonic consults. **** Rates for Site Visits commence at Rs 20,000/- + PT (for Mumbai metro) and Rs 30,000/- + PT (for rest of India). These base rates will vary based on plot size, project complexity, and distance. Rates for Site Reports & Master Plan, and/or 2 D Site Map rendering are extra.
